The quickest way to reach the Ethio Betting editorial team is by e-mail. Our contact details are below; we read every message ourselves.

- Corrections. A fact in one of our pages is wrong or out of date – a changed domain, a closed site, a payment method that no longer works. Tell us which page it is and, if possible, where the correct information comes from.
- Questions about a review. How we reached a score, what a term means, why a brand is marked as inactive or unclear.
- Language versions. A word or sentence in our Amharic or Afaan Oromoo pages reads badly or could be clearer.
- Cooperation. Partnership and advertising enquiries. Commercial agreements never change our ratings – see our affiliate disclosure.
We usually reply within about two working days. You can write to us in English, Amharic or Afaan Oromoo.
How to get a faster answer
- Put the page address or the name of the bookmaker in the subject line.
- For a correction, describe what is wrong and what has changed, and add a link to an official source or a screenshot if you have one.
- Keep one topic per message – it helps us pass it to the right editor.
Every correction is checked before we change a page. When we update a review because of a reader’s message, we also update the date of our last check.
What we cannot help with
Ethio Betting is not a bookmaker and not a customer service for any betting site. We do not accept bets, we do not hold player balances and we have no access to your account anywhere. If you have a problem with a deposit, a withdrawal or a blocked account, contact the operator directly through the channels shown on its own website. We also do not give personal betting tips or predict results.
Please never send us passwords, PINs, copies of ID documents or card details – we will never ask for them.
If betting is causing you problems, our responsible gambling page lists where to get help, including the free online service Gambling Therapy. To learn more about who we are, visit our about page.
